Currently, Jake specializes in alternative assets and high-ticket sales within the private equity fund sector. In 2022, he oversaw the allocation of over $82 million in bridge debt products for new developments and redevelopments across the Carolinas, Colorado, and Savannah, GA.
Jake holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and has pursued advanced studies in Real Estate Development at Cornell University, Private Equity Alternatives at Harvard University, and Negotiation at the University of Notre Dame.
